How it works

1. Consultation and Quote

Every bulk order starts with a conversation. We’ll review your design files and discuss intended use. At this stage, we also provide a case-by-case quote that factors in order volume, materials, and estimated turnaround.

2. Sample Order

Before scaling into hundreds or thousands of units, we produce a small test batch of 5–10 parts that ships within 1 week from the request date. This step ensures you can physically evaluate print quality, accuracy, and finish. It also gives you the opportunity to request adjustments—whether that’s refining tolerances, changing materials, or tweaking the design for production efficiency.

3. Full Production

Once you approve the sample batch, we move into large-scale production. Using FDM or resin printers, we run your parts in consistent batches, carefully monitoring each stage to ensure repeatable quality. Order sizes typically range from tens to thousands, depending on part complexity and size.

4. Delivery

Completed orders are prepared for shipment with reliable lead times of 2–8 weeks, depending on order size, material type, and complexity. We maintain open communication throughout the process so you always know where your project stands.

Email us your 3D files (ZIP format if multiple), along with a PDF drawing if needed for reference.

2. Specify Details

Include your preferred material, color, and any specific print settings (infill, resolution, supports, etc.). If you’re unsure, we can recommend default settings for strong, reliable results.

3. Production Begins

After payment is received, your order is queued for printing. Each file is produced with precision using professional-grade printers.
